1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of RankFlow, a software service operated by Nxorra Group Pty Ltd ("Nxorra", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using RankFlow, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
2. Service
RankFlow provides website and page analysis, search and AI opportunity intelligence, content planning and generation, proprietary knowledge workflows, publishing tools, measurement and related automation. Features vary by plan and may change as the service develops.
3. Three-day limited trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 3-day limited trial through Stripe Checkout. Trial access is intentionally restricted and currently includes one website, one additional target page or asset, one proprietary knowledge source, one editorial brief, up to three article strategy ideas and one generated article draft. Live search enrichment, CMS publishing, Autopilot, revisions, refresh automation and advanced measurement are not included during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription will automatically begin and the payment method provided through Stripe will be charged the applicable monthly plan price. Trial availability may be limited to one trial per customer, organisation or payment method.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian dollars at the price shown when you subscribe. Plan allowances and features are described on the pricing page and in the application. You authorise Stripe to process recurring charges until cancellation. You can manage billing, update payment methods, change eligible plans or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, authorised users, websites, connected services, source material, instructions and content. You must have all rights and permissions required to provide data to RankFlow and to publish or use generated outputs. You must review content and factual claims before publication, particularly where legal, financial, medical, regulatory or other high-impact matters are involved.
6. AI-generated and search-generated outputs
RankFlow uses automated systems and third-party data sources. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information and may not be unique. RankFlow does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, inclusion in AI answers or any other commercial result. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for use.
7. Publishing and Autopilot
If you enable publishing or Autopilot features, you authorise RankFlow to take the configured actions on connected services within the permissions you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing your settings, maintaining appropriate credentials and monitoring published output. Trial accounts cannot use publishing or Autopilot.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use RankFlow to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious software, misrepresent identity, manipulate or attack third-party systems, bypass usage restrictions, scrape or access systems without authority, or generate or publish unlawful or deceptive content.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in RankFlow, including the software, platform design, workflows, systems and branding. You retain ownership of content and source material you submit. As between you and us, you may use generated outputs created for your account subject to these Terms and any rights of third parties in underlying materials. You grant us the rights necessary to process your inputs and operate the service for you.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the service, except where disclosure is authorised or required by law.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, modify, add, remove or replace functionality where reasonably necessary for security, performance, legal compliance or product development.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where fees are overdue, use creates a security or legal risk, these Terms are materially breached, or continued provision is not reasonably practicable. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Sections intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability provisions, continue to apply.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankFlow is provided on an "as available" basis and we exclude implied terms that may lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of RankFlow. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Third-party services
RankFlow integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Google, content management systems, AI providers, search-data providers, infrastructure providers and analytics platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of RankFlow.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with RankFlow.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the parties submit to the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
