1. About this policy
RankFlow is operated by Nxorra Group Pty Ltd ("Nxorra", "we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use RankFlow, visit userankflow.com, create an account, connect services, contact us or otherwise interact with the platform. Where applicable, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, authentication information, subscription and billing records, organisation and website details, URLs and content you submit for analysis, proprietary source material and editorial instructions, integration configuration, product usage, support communications, device and log information, and analytics relating to use of the service. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by RankFlow.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure RankFlow; analyse websites and business assets; generate search, content and performance intelligence; create and manage content workflows; connect and operate authorised integrations; manage subscriptions and billing; provide support; detect misuse; improve the service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and content processing
When you ask RankFlow to analyse, research or generate content, relevant prompts, source material, page content and instructions may be processed by service providers used to deliver those functions. You should only upload information that you are authorised to use and should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
5. Service providers and overseas processing
We use specialist technology providers to operate RankFlow, including infrastructure, database, authentication, payments, analytics, search-data and AI providers. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Google, OpenAI and DataForSEO. Information may be processed or stored outside Australia depending on the provider and service location.
6. Connected services
If you connect a CMS, Google service or other third-party platform, RankFlow will access and use information from that service only to provide the features you authorise. Third-party services also operate under their own privacy terms.
7. Security and retention
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect customer information, including authenticated access, role-based controls, encrypted connections and restricted server-side credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or raise a complaint by contacting compliance@nxorra.com. We will consider and respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period.
9. Cookies and analytics
RankFlow may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, product operation and analytics. Some connected analytics services may also set or use identifiers in accordance with their own terms.
10. Business customer data
Where a business customer provides personal information to RankFlow for processing as part of the service, that customer remains responsible for ensuring it has the authority and lawful basis to provide and use that information. We process such information to provide the contracted service and related support.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as RankFlow evolves or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
